How does the chat window work?

1. Position of the Chat Window

The chat window is always located at the bottom right of the screen. Click on it to open.

2. Categories in the Chat Window

Our chat window is divided into three main categories: Home, Messages and Help.

  • Home: Here you will find our AI Marketing Assistant. If you have a creative block and don't know what to post, this Magic Chat is just right for you.

  • If you discover a bug and want to report it, simply click on Report Bug.

  • If you have cool ideas for improvements or new features, click on Request Feature.

  • For personal support or if you want to unsubscribe from DotSimple, contact us directly here.

3. Messages

All messages you have sent to us can be found under the Messages category. This way, you can track your communication and our responses.

4. Help Center

Our Help Center is divided into six categories:
