How do I use the media library?

In this article, we show you how to effectively use the media library to manage your files and designs.

1. Access Media Library

To open the media library, simply click on Media Library in the left menu bar. Here you have access to all your uploaded files.

2. Upload Files

  • You can easily drag & drop files into the media library.

  • When you upload a file, you have the option to immediately edit it as a new post.

  • If you accidentally uploaded the wrong file, you can easily delete it.

3. Create Folders

To keep a better overview of your files, you can create folders. This way, you can better organize your uploaded files.

4. Use Stock Images and GIFs

The media library offers a selection of stock images and GIFs. If you are looking for a specific image or GIF, you can simply enter the desired term in the search bar.

5. Templates and Designs

  • In the media library, you will find various templates prepared for specific occasions. You can use these or create your own design.

  • Click on Create New, to create a new design or edit an existing template.

6. Customize Design

  • If you want to edit an existing template, you can make changes to the font color, font style and font size.

  • Add new text, images, or elements (such as lines or shapes) to personalize your design.

  • To move elements, you can use the layers function.

7. Resize and Save

  • You can adjust your design for different platforms, such as an Instagram Story, by clicking on Resize and selecting the appropriate option.

  • If you are satisfied with your design, you can download it or save it in the library.

8. Manage Designs

If you want to edit your designs later, you can access them via the "My Designs" option.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

After editing a design, remember to save it again so that your changes are not lost.
