How do I delete my DotSimple account?

Managing the deletion of your account in DotSimple

We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted - whichever comes first.

After deactivation, you will no longer be able to access your account in any of our services. Within 90 days of deactivation, it is still possible to restore your DotSimple account if it was deactivated accidentally or unjustly. This also applies to team member or customer accounts that you deleted within DotSimple.

Immediate account deletion: If you wish to have your account deleted immediately, please contact us at office@dotsimple.io - or click on the purple button "Contact us" in the bottom right corner of this article - and give us up to 72 hours to respond to your request.

If your account is deleted, we will also delete all content you've created within your account, including content created by team members and customers. This information cannot be restored later. We will also delete all personally identifiable information stored in third-party applications that we use to operate your account.

If you do not want to delete your account but only want to temporarily stop using our services, you can contact us to deactivate your account for up to 90 days.
