dotsimple offers a trial period where you can try out all the features of the selected product. The features available to you depend on the plan you choose during the trial. Sometimes, you may even have access to all premium features from the highest package during this trial phase.
How the Trial Period Works
To start the trial period, go to the Billing and Plan page and select a plan from the options available. When the trial phase ends for a specific product, it will be terminated, and you can no longer use it as a trial.
What Happens After My Trial?
Once your trial period is over, you have two options:
No Saved Payment Method: If you didn't save any payment details, the product becomes inactive. To reactivate it, visit the Billing and Plan page anytime within an 8-day grace period. Remember, any data added during the trial phase will be removed.
Payment Details Provided: If you provided payment details, your account is all set, and you'll be automatically charged based on the plan you selected.
