If your payment didn't go through, here's what you need to know:
Is there a payment deadline?
When a payment fails, there's an 8-day payment deadline. If an administrator logs in within this period, a message will appear notifying them of the failed payment.
By clicking on the "Pay" option, you'll be redirected to the payment confirmation page where you can either confirm the payment again or choose a different payment method.
Once we receive the payment, it will be shown in your account settings.
What if you can't pay within the payment deadline?
If a product is not paid within the grace period, it will be locked. Each time an administrator account logs in, they will be reminded of this:
By clicking "Reactivate," you'll be directed to the subscriptions page. Here, you can either renew or change the last used subscription.
After selecting the appropriate subscription, you'll be taken to the billing page to confirm the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the new subscription plan will be activated.
The product can then be used immediately after the payment confirmation.
