Billing and Plan Selection

In this important section, users can choose their desired plan, and they will be billed accordingly. When a plan is successfully paid and approved, it becomes "Active," granting the user access to DotSimple. There are different plan options to choose from. Once a preferred plan is selected, users can activate it by making the payment.

Changing and Canceling Plans

DotSimple offers flexibility, allowing users to easily modify their plans to suit their needs and past purchase history. Users can use their preferred payment method, usually their card, to make changes. The options to cancel or change plans are conveniently located next to each other.

Receipt of Invoices via Email

Users can choose to have invoices sent to their registered email or use a different email address, like their accounting email.

Effortless Invoice Management

Users can handle their invoices right within the application. To manage invoices, simply select the desired option or use the "Select All" radio button for convenience. Each invoice contains important details, such as the order identification number, plan cost, type of plan and package name.
