# Embed shared documents

With this feature, you can embed external documents or pages directly into the DotSimple tool – for better overview and less tab chaos. 😉

### Here’s how:

1.  Click on **“Shared documents +”**
    
2.  Type in a title and paste the link (for example from:
    
    -   ClickUp
        
    -   Google Sheets / Docs / Slides
        
    -   Vectary
        
    -   Typeform
        
    -   Jotform)
        

👆 **Important:** Make sure the link is public or accessible for the team.

3.  Click on **“Embed page”** – all done!
    

With the **three dots next to the document** you can edit or delete pages anytime.

**Conclusion:**  
Your most important documents are right where you need them – right in the flow of your planning. No more tab chaos.
