Click on “+ Create new marketing board”, give your board a name, and save it.
After that, you can add different campaign phases – just the way your workflow needs.

Idea Pool
Spontaneous ideas, community suggestions, trends or awareness days – anything that's not set in stone yet.Planning
Posts that are starting to take shape: topic, channel, target group and content format are being defined.In Progress
This is where the content comes together – text, images, videos & more.Feedback / Review
(Optional, but helpful): Posts that are getting checked internally or externally before going live.Planned
Finished and scheduled – the post is lined up in the tool or editorial calendar.Published
This is where all posts that are already online go – perfect for an overview and reporting.(Optional) Archive / Rejected / Paused
For ideas that are currently on hold or aren't being used.
Add tasks & post ideas
With a single click on “+ Task or post idea” you can create new entries.
Give it a title and assign it directly to a phase. With another click, you can:
add a detailed description
create a post right in there (including all features from the Creator page)
assign responsible people
set a date
add tags and topics
set priorities
Of course, you can also move tasks to other boards or phases.
And use the comment function to give direct feedback.

With a right-click on your board, you can rename, copy, or delete.
