The Inbox is your digital communication hub that enables you and your team to effortlessly stay connected with your contacts. All messages from multiple channels and social networks are neatly gathered in one place, allowing you to manage and respond to them efficiently.

A key goal of the Inbox is to optimize team collaboration. After connecting your social networks, you can directly start managing messages and comments.

Note: Meta does not allow third parties like DotSimple to display Facebook or Instagram comments that include videos. Additionally, Instagram comments on posts with multiple images are currently not supported.

DotSimple Inbox: Quick overview of your latest messages

Once you link your account with DotSimple, only the latest comments and messages will be displayed in the inbox. This means we focus on the most recent interactions to help you handle them quickly and efficiently.

Earlier messages or comments received before linking your account can’t be displayed in DotSimple. However, they remain available on the respective social media platform.
