DotSimple Inbox: Only the latest messages at a glance
As soon as you connect your account with DotSimple, only the latest comments and messages will show up in the inbox. That means we focus on your most current interactions so you can manage them quickly and efficiently.
Older messages or comments that came in before you connected your account sadly can’t be shown in DotSimple. They’ll still be available on your usual social platform, though.
Important:
If you read a message in DotSimple, close it, or reply to it, it will still appear as unread in the Instagram app.
The reason for this: Third-party tools like DotSimple can't sync the read status with the Instagram app.
